Project completed in four months and delivered two months ahead of schedule. Retained as private consultant for 9-years for all construction projects.
The Mexican Consulate, Los Angeles, CA
58,000 SF, $2.8 million turnkey project of five stories building for the offices of the Consul General of Mexico. Managed design/construction contract and served as a primary interface with City and Federal officials, including the State Department of both countries – Mexico and USA successfully obtaining and adhering to regulations for consulates facilities outside of Mexico Responsible for schedules and presentations, site location selection, interior design, construction budget and furniture selection. Recovered a seven-month slip in schedule due to transition between presidential terms. Delivered project in 20 weeks, four weeks ahead of schedule with a 15% cost savings. Remained as private consultant to the Consul General for all construction projects.
